Marines and Associates:  On Saturday, October 11th, a breakfast is scheduled at the Sonny Boy Restaurant,Bridgeville, OH, I believe at 8AM.  On the same day those that wish to walk, there is a "NO ON WALKS ALONE," event at Northern Community College beginning at 10am.  The Detachment will donate $25 to Helping Heroes for every Marine that walks or at least shows up.  For those attending the breakfast there should be sufficient time to do both if one so desires.

On Saturday, October 18th, the Detachment will have a Rose Day at Cabela's in the Highlands beginning at 10AM.  This should be a great opportunity to meet fellow Marines and receive donations to help the Detachment stay afloat.

Please respond to both events and in the instance of the Rose Day, submit the times you will be available.  It is not necessary to be there for the entire day.

Once on the site, you choose which 50/50 ticket bundle(s) you want to buy.  The more you buy, the less expensive they are.  There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy.  We're running this 50/50 raffle from now until November 5th, 2025 so we'll have time to print the tickets to put in a tumbler for the drawing at the 250th USMC Birthday Ball on November 8th.

You do not need to be present to win, nor do you need to be a member of the Marine Cors League, or any other Veteran's organization, or of any U.S. Military service to win.  This raffle is open to EVERYONE all across the United States - ANYONE who wishes to participate.

This online 50/50 raffle service DOES accept debit and credit cards!!  This makes purchasing the raffle tickets really easy!

As soon as you choose your tickets and enter your card information, you will receive a paid receipt to your email, and it will have your ticket numbers listed.  Don't worry if you print it and lose the paper.  You can go back and print it again if you need to.

We have less than 30 days for this 50/50 raffle, so we're asking our Department of West Virginia members to post it to your Facebook or other social media, and let's make this one a really valuable raffle!

The Department's share of the 50/50 raffle will help fund the free gifts and other expenses of the 250th Birthday Ball.
